148k km won't go much over winter as the car is garages and doesn't get used October to March

Recently remapped by greg at pro tuner
Running a safe 270hp
With the remap it also had a health check and been told the engine is healthy with a good even compression
Does have a slight vvt rattle but really not bad
I have stacks of invoices for parts.
It's had replacement clutch with slave cylinder and braided line
-New s15 turbo bought brand new from torque gt
-full hks exhaust also from torque gt
-Tube manifold with japspeed turbo elbow and down pipe
-Apexi air filter
-r8 coilpacks conversion
-front mount Mishimoto intercooler and pipework
-walbro fuel pump
- fuel pump relay mod (done by protuner)
-greddy profec boost controller
-Japspeed aluminium radiator
-Hsd adjustable coilovers
-drift works adjustable rear arms, full set (complete rear end rebuilt )
-Polybushed
-350z front calipers and ebc discs and pads
-rear strut brace
-Navan floor mats
-nrg short boss kit with quick release (momo steering wheel)
-headliner dyed black
-front and rear ard wired nextbase dash cam will stay
Thers loads more i have a folder of paper work to show everything that's been done
I've been servicing the car every 6-7k km always using either oem or K&n oil filters and 10w40 oil
Other service bits done like clean and reoiled air filter, replaced aux belts , rocker cover gasket
Car has been cleaned and undersealed in the past
Also I regularly clean it lifted up with the wheels of to get underneath
Will be sold on the 350z wheels
Comes with nearly all the original parts as I've kept most things
Also have a new primered lip to go with it
There's loads that I have missed so I'm happy to answer any questions
Still taxed and insured
Only selling the car as there's something else i want
