I am selling a 1935 Chrysler Airstream sold new in France.
I have owned this vehicle since 2017 and it ran very well, its 13 hp inline 6-cylinder is as good as the 8 Ford flathead in driving pleasure, braked well (not by cable) like on the Ford, healthy steering, its only fault was its suspension which was too soft (there is a workshop that can redo them).
It is in good condition, it is very healthy and has always been well preserved, the chassis is healthy.
I had a 1939 Cadillac LaSalle grille installed because its grille had a DIY grille. I had the hole in the spare wheel in the right front wing plugged, the turn signal holes on the wings plugged, the running board removed to fit on the mother-in-law's seat. It went to be painted almost 3 years ago and I redid the alpaca hood. New battery.
I took the car back after painting, and it would need a very major overhaul, check the ignition because the prolonged downtime prevents it from running normally, the front seat is in leather and in good condition, except at the bottom, the mother-in-law's seat is new in imitation leather. But the rest would need to be redone (maybe done by a good handyman) the tires need to be changed because being immobilized has created a flat spot on the tire and caused vibrations. Put back the mirrors, front indicators etc.
It is for sale because I would like to have a 2-door US car or 4 if SW only to tow my boat or my US caravan. Possible trade-in, on a car before 65

Je vends une Chrysler Airstream 1935 vendue neuve en France .
Je possede ce vehicule depuis 2017 et elle roulait tres bien , son 6 cylindres en ligne 13 cv est aussi bien que le 8 Ford flathead en plaisir de conduite , freinait bien ( pas a cable )comme sur la Ford , direction saine , son seul defaut etait sa suspension qui était trop souple ( il y a un atelier qui peut les refaires ).
Elle est en bon état de conservation , elle est tres saine et a toujours été bien conservée , le chassis est sain .
J'ai fait poser une calandre LaSalle 1939 de Cadillac car sa calandre avait une grille bricolée . j'ai fait boucher le trou le la roue de secours dans l' aile avant droite , boucher les trous des clignotants sur les ailes , enlevé le marchepied pour rentrer sur le siege de belle mère , Elle est partie en peinture il y a pres de 3 ans et j' ai refait la capote en alpagua . Batterie neuve .
J'ai repris la voiture apres peinture , et elle aurait besoin d'une tres grosse révision , revoir l'allumage car le temps d'arret prolongé l'empeche de tourner normalement , l'assise avant est en cuir et en bon etat , sauf en bas , le siege de Belle Mère est neuf en simili . Mais le reste aurait besoin d'etre refait ( peut etre fait par un bon bricoleur ) les pneus sont a changer car d'etre restée immobilisée a creer un plat sur le pneu et occasionne des vibrations . remettre des retroviseurs , clignotants avant etc
Elle est a vendre car j'aimerai avoir une voiture US 2 portes ou 4 si sw uniquement pour tracter mon bateau ou ma caravane US . Reprise possible , sur auto avant 65
