I am selling my Land Rover 90 which is a bespoke example of the short-wheelbase 4x4, which is a stunning example following extensive modification and refurbishment, which included a brand-new galvanised chassis and bulkhead, and the fitment of a reconditioned engine and automatic gearbox. the restoration cost over £60, 000
Under the bonnet now sits a 2. 5-litre 300Tdi inline-four, which drives all four wheels through a retrofitted ZF four-speed automatic gearbox with high and low-range gearing.
I have had my Land Rover fully restored and upgraded by Heritage Restorations and John Lane 4x4 carried out between 2022 and 2023.
First registered in February 1988, I have owned this Land Rover 90 since January 2021.
The odometer shows 101, 298 miles, will change slightly, though the car's new 300TDi engine was fitted in August 2023 at 95, 844 miles.
EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES
Originally finished in Ivory white, this 90 is now painted in British Racing Green with a Moscow Black roof, over a black and green extended leather-trimmed interior, offset by a grey Alcantara headlining.
It rides on a set of 16-inch gloss black alloy wheels, which are fitted with Michelin Latitude Cross tyres
The car's transmission has been swapped for a ZF four-speed automatic gearbox.
Other modifications include a new replacement galvanised chassis and bulkhead, an interior retrim, a TD5 bonnet, a custom headlining, soundproofing, uprated suspension, a Kenwood infotainment Apple Play/ Android system and Pioneer speakers, including subwoofer, a heated front screen, a winch with 100ft of brand new plasma rope, and remote control operation, Optimill safety hinges all round, 'Halo' LED headlights, LED fog and reverse lights, billet aluminium interior handles, a Meta vehicle tracker, and a Cat 1 immobiliser.
Further modifications include a bespoke removeable Moto-Lita steering wheel, and Optimill steering wheel security boss, an Autosparks wiring loom, a stainless-steel exhaust system, a reduced driver, passenger bulkhead for more seat travel, side steps, a swing away spare wheel carrier, silicone hoses, a NAS rear step, a Raptor dashboard, Discovery wheels, locking wheel nuts, high-power Odyssey dual batteries on a split charge system, a Roof centre console, and bumper spotlights. Limo tints on all rear glass.
• Included are all the invoices for the restoration, the V5C, BIMHT certificate, instructions for the infotainment system,
dashcam (supplied not installed)and tracker, two sets of keys, a fully waterproof car cover, and a steering wheel bag for when it's removed from the vehicle.
The car's last MOT test was conducted on
28 August 2024 at 100, 814 miles, resulting in a first-time pass with no warnings or advisories.
SERVICE HISTORY
My Land Rover 90's most recent routine maintenance was carried out in April 2024
at 98, 526 miles. The work comprised of an engine oil and filter change service.
Prior to this, the car benefitted from a restoration and upgrade programme between 2022-23 by Heritage Restorations and John Lane 4x4
I have hundreds of photos of the car along with photos of all invoices to prove all works carried out. Please ask if you would like me to send them over. I personally designed the interior along with the bespoke wooden and chrome steering wheel, no expense has been spared. A pleasure to drive, where ever I having driven my Landie I am always asked if people can take a look. A real head turner. The sound system is fantastic. The leather interior which continues into the rear looks amazing. The foam in the seats has been replaced with a high quality brand that is used in Motorbike seats
