I am selling a large consignment of parts for an NSU 251 OSL with cast iron crankcases (end of ww2) Engine block with connecting rod, cylinder, complete cylinder head, gearbox, 2 frames, etc, etc... see photos. The connecting rod turns freely without effort, with no abnormal play. The whole thing has been in dry storage for years, it's a motorbike base that my father was supposed to rebuild but couldn't. This bike is a military bike from the end of the 39-45 war with cast iron crankcases when aluminium was missing. Very rare, it was to be rebuilt by my father who was a high level amateur restorer. Unfortunately he didn't have the time to devote to it....
