Description
The Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am is one of the most iconic American muscle cars. This model, which was produced from 1967 to 2002, belongs to the second generation of the Firebird (1970–1981). The year 1977 became significant for the Trans-Am due to the movie Smokey and the Bandit, where the car played a central role, making it a symbol of American culture in the 1970s. A distinctive feature of this car was its dramatic hood adorned with the "Firebird" graphic and prominent aerodynamic elements, such as the rear spoiler and wide bumpers. The Trans-Am was equipped with engines up to 6. 6 liters (400 cu in), giving it not only impressive performance but also a distinctive sound.
The offered 1977 Firebird is powered by a 6. 6-liter engine and was originally imported from the USA. Before arriving in the Czech Republic this November, the car was registered in Sweden for twelve years, where it also underwent a complete repainting – the paint from this renovation still holds its quality today. A complete file of invoices is available with the car, documenting its history and performed service tasks. Overall, the car is in very good condition, both mechanically and aesthetically.
