This incredible example of an DC2 Integra Type R has undergone a near full restoration to an extremely high standard, being owned by the bodyshop themselves over a 4 year period with no expenses spared. Whilst restoring to very near showroom condition, anything the car needed was reupholstered, restored or replaced with genuine Type R parts during a major service overhaul, making this example stand out with its incredible cosmetic condition, as well as its perfect original driver experience like Honda intended ; despite it being a slightly higher mileage example, this example, almost unbelievably, has Full 'Honda Chelmsford' Main Dealership History, every year and interval without fail, up to 163k Miles, making it much more sought after than any lower mileage example that hasn't been cared for.
Bodywork wise, this example is as perfect as it can be. With a Full Body Respray in its original colour (NightHawk Black) all panels are completely flawless and painted to an extremely high standard with no age related marks, dents or rust at all. The underside has been fully stripped, painted and undersealed, removing any previous dirt and surface corrosion, pairing with the full body respray to make this car fully rust free, whilst preventing a chance of any future rust issues! All 4 wheels have been freshly power coated, restored, balanced then fitted with a matching set of Bridgestone Tyres!
The Interior has been fully restored to its original condition. Both front and rear seats are in amazing condition, little to no wear, which is also the case for all trims and accessories, with only a slight heel tear in the driver floor mat to fault!
This example runs and drives absolutely perfectly. As mentioned, the car had a major service overhaul, including Brake Discs and Pads all round, a recent full engine service, replacement genuine bushings, refreshed genuine Type R stickers, brand new Catalytic Converter and Catback Exhaust System and a brand new battery.
