Description
Enzo era 1980's Ferrari with manual gated gear shifter no power steering assistance or anything assisted just your right foot is the traction control, all the great things of a classic Ferrari.
This 1986 Ferrari Mondial has a 3. 2 QV V8 (328) motor producing 270BHP. This Ferrari Mondial is one of 91 UK 3. 2 QV Coupe's and one of 987 worldwide ever produced so it's a very rare car. Cambelts are easily accessed through the rear right wheel arch and general maintenance is relatively easy.
Please note this is not a Concours car it's to be driven and enjoyed just as I have. Here below you will find a list of replaced components during my ownership.
Dates are from 2022 - 2023 - 2024
New ball joints and shock absorber bushes front and rear both sides.
New handbrake pads on both sides
New fuel filter, new fuel pump, and underside fuel hoses
Recent oil change and new oil filter fitted
New spark plugs, new leads, and replacement ignition modules
Cambelts done in 2022
Replacement rear wheel arch liners
4 new fuel injector lines and 8 new fuel injectors
New oil hose
New air horn
New high-end Optima battery fitted
Ferrari 348 steering wheel fitted at the moment, I do have the original I also have a set of Ferrari 348 wheels which were fitted by a previous owner to me.
I'm sure I have missed more items but will check through the recent history and edit this when I have some more time.
A previous owner had fitted Ferrari Mondial T front seats and centre compartment which I have fitted a Pioneer touch screen sound system into.
I have a stack of receipts from Maranello and Superformance for these items.
A couple of bad points are there is an oil leak from a cam seal and a couple of rust patches on the rear wheel arches, the driver seat recliner bar has worn, I have ordered a new one which is on the way from Maranello. I also have some new OEM cam seals ready to be fitted.
I also have a few other new parts ready to be fitted and have some original parts including original electric door mirrors and original steering wheel.
I have the all-important warranty card and all the history with the car dating back to its first purchase in 1986.
This is a great car which I have thoroughly enjoyed and cherished.
