Saab 900 GLs
Welcome to our advert for our Saab 900 that has been in the same ownership from new! Mrs Martin bought this car in 1980 and has covered 77, 000 miles in 44 years!
There can’t be many Saabs that have the same credentials.
The car comes with plenty of invoices for servicing and repairs and has a stack of old MOT’s too.
Remember this isn’t a restored car , this has been used regularly so it isn’t perfect but it drives better than most I have driven!
Pop the choke on , turn the key (with your foot on the clutch as it will be in reverse!) and away she goes, steady smooth idle . Driving the car is an absolute pleasure, it’s smooth with plenty of torque and is a relaxing comfortable drive.
The interior is in great condition for the age of the vehicle , it still has the original radio!
The seats are nice and clean , free from tears and wear, the sponges are still firm .
The headlining looks as though it has been replaced at some point .
Overall the bodywork presents very well , there are a few areas that have had previous repairs that could be improved upon, the passenger side front wing/ wheel arch has been repainted but is starting to bubble at the bottoms , the drivers side rear wheel arch has some bubbling at the bottom too but still solid.
The car has recently had 4 new tyres too.
This really is an example of ‘Find another!’ .
If you want a genuine one owner useable classic then you’d go a long want to find a better candidate then this.
