1961 Series 2 Land Rover
Rare in Christmas theme Red - thought to originally have been bronze green but painted a long time ago - great patina to her
Starts and runs well, original 2. 25 petrol engine with an upgraded SU carb
Chassis is excellent, bulkhead is nice and solid too
Steering is very direct and light
Had a full overhaul in 2018 consisting of body off the chassis, new brakes, lines, shocks etc and had a fresh mot, hadn’t driven a lot since then until now
Comes with full hardtop as well as pickup roof
Nice little Land Rover to drive as is or improve further
