Really nice 1975 Triumph Spitfire 1500, with overdrive. Only 4 previous owners (last owner 14 years) and low mileage of 56000 supported by MOT history back to 2002. An older bare metal restoration to a high standard has ensured the car remains in excellent, rust free condition with only a few minor usage marks to the paintwork. The underside and chassis are equally good and appear to have been undersealed from new. Very nice black interior, seats and carpet almost unmarked, with woodrim steering wheel and face-off radio. Good hood, rarely used, and hood cover.
The braking system has just been rebuilt with new master cylinder, front calipers, rear wheel cylinders, pads and shoes.
New tyres all round, incl spare.
Front suspension fully rebuilt, new shock absorbers fitted front and back.
Electronic ignition, new air filters, and carbs tuned.
Stainless steel, twin tail pipe exhaust.
Interesting registration number which was valued at up to £800 some years ago.
