For sale, my MK5 GTi 3 door, Black Magic Pearl. 140, 000 miles. I bought this 2 years ago with 117, 000 miles, to use as my daily driver. Before I started using it I had VW Audi specialists SD Autotech undertake a complete mechanical recommissioning using GENUINE VW parts (not patent!) including: New chain, cambelt and tensioner. New water pump. New thermostat. New oil pick up. New PCV. Walnut blasting inlet manifold. New plugs. Injectors sent off for ultrasonic cleaning and testing. New Hella headlights. New VW grille. All New fluids and filters (gearbox, brake fluid, flushed and replaced G12 coolant, engine oil, fuel filter, cabin filter, engine air filter) New cam follower. 4x New Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tyres. 2 x New rear shocks absorbers. 2 x New rear springs. 2 x boot lid gas struts. New internal light switch. New passenger window switch. New headlining by Trimdeluxe. Side bolster repaired by Trimdeluxe. I've just had it serviced again (September 24) using genuine VW oils and filters. New air filter, fuel filter, another new cam follower (best to replace these every 2 years!). Had a new lower rear plastic bumper fitted as the orginal one had faded. Had the windscreen replaced a couple of months ago, due to a chip and crack. Insisted on a genuine VW OEM screen. Also replaced all wiper blades with Bosch aero twins at the same time. Great history file, including all receipts for the above work and previous owners servicing receipts. Full lever arch file! MOT until end of August 2025 (no advisories). A really clean, original and unmodified, well looked after example by a VW enthusiast. 2 previous keepers. 2 keys and manuals.
