This is my Ford Focus ST-2 MOUNTUNE MR290 5 Door in Panther Black which is in superb condition. Full comprehensive service history. Ford enthusiast owned and unmolested; this car has been maintained to a very high standard.
This is a rare example with no modifications other than Mountune Ford approved upgrades. I have all receipts and certificates for all this work which cost over £5k.
I have all the receipts totalling over £13k for all work that has been carried out with all owner’s manuals and service book, which are up to date. Current millage is just over 94k.
With the ST's finally losing their ‘baseball cap’ image, these hot hatches offer exceptional value, while the rest of the ‘Fast Fords’ are now commanding high figures this car is definitely a fantastic investment. It took me months to find this example as Mountune no longer provide this package for this era of Focus making it a very special and rare vehicle.
It really is a fantastic car, the Volvo derived T5 engine has lots of power and will shame many a modern-day car. The only upgrades this car has had is Ford’s Mountune MR290 upgrade package, I have all the paperwork to support this. Oil pressure is bang on cold and hot, turbo boots up to the red, engine temp sits bang in the middle. The ST uses no water or oil.
Very strong engine and has clearly been very well looked after.
While the upgrade was done, there was an RS clutch fitted to deal with the extra power, this upgrade package makes such a difference to how the car performs.
All modifications are Mountune and have been carried out by them. I have all the invoices for the work carried out.
The interior is in fantastic condition, the Recaro seats show little signs of wear, the driver’s seat bolster is still firm and in very good condition. Original Ford stereo and Mountune over mat in the boot.
The paint work is in superb condition with no nasty rust spots or scratches. Alloy wheels have recently been refurbished in Ford Sparkle silver so no nasty kerb marks.
All tyres are matching Goodyear F1’s with almost full tread.
Battery was changed recently with a Yuasa. Near side rear calliper replaced along with new pads and discs all round and callipers have all be refurbished and painted.
The timing belt and water pump were also changed this year with Invoice to prove.
This car wants for nothing.
Prices for St’s start around £3. 5K, good ones are all the way up to £10K now.
I have all the owners’ manuals, service book and three keys + a pile of invoices to back up the car’s history.

The provenance and condition speak volumes and I currently cannot find another like it for sale.
No anti-social modifications, only Ford approved upgrades all carried out by Mountune. These enhance the driving characteristics of this gem of a motor without making it loud or uncomfortable for daily use.
