Description
Bought 29th June 2024 to use with my motorcycle license. I have now passed my driving test and so unfortunately it is time to sell the Robin.
It is a fantastic little car and the most fun I have had driving.
Since purchase I have fixed one of the brake light bulbs. I have noticed it has become more jerky in 1st and so the next task will be an adjustment to the fueling. The boot door has some sag and the interior has plenty of wear and tear over the years. Otherwise it has had no problems running as long as I have had it.
The body is fibreglass with a galvanised chassis so no rust.
Comes with 2 boxes full of parts including radiator, carb, additional spare wheel and loads of extras. Also comes with brand new top quality servicing oils I had bought as I expected to keep this for longer.
Miles: 17453
Expect I have done approx 300 miles since purchase

Previous listing text (bought from an eBay listing):
1994 Reliant Robin mk2, SLX, genuine original little car with a full years MOT and ready to go.
The car starts, runs and drives absolutely fine and has had lots of work done recently including,
New clutch, new brakes all round, new rear165/ 70x10 tyres on slotted mag wheels, master cylinder rebuild, new fuel pump, new headlights, full engine service and new engine mounts.
Body work is pretty good with a few scratches here and there, a couple of small chips in the fibreglass, a bit of lacquer peel on the bonnet and an odd mirror on the drivers side.
The interior can best be described as well used. It’s all there and nothing is broken but the drivers seat base is a bit saggy and the rear bench is a little worse for wear. The dash is good with no cracks and everything works as it should.
It’s got a tow bar ( not quite sure what it could pull) and all the SLX extras like rear wash wipe and rear window heater.
Great fun little car, cheap road tax £117 a year, and cheap insurance. Can only go up in value, and not too many left now.
Message me any questions, test drives are hilarious. Bought as this can be driven with a motorcycle license. Very fun to drive, my first and only classic car, and it gets so much attention with each drive being an event in itself. People continuously smile and wave whilst on the road, it has started several conversations and at a car show it stole all the attention away from my friend's much more expensive sports car. I have absolutely no regrets about purchasing this when I did, it has become a part of my life I will look back on very fondly.
Only selling as I have passed my test and have a more practical car now - so to free up time, space and money.
Looking for buyers who intend to keep this on the road, they are getting very rare.
