Description
Here is my 1959 T110. It was imported from South Africa in 2020. Date of manufacture: 4th June 1959 Supplied to: Shimwell Bros, Durban, South Africa.
Bike is finished in crystal grey. When I got the bike it had a leaking fuel tank which I had fully repaired and lined at great expense. I have had the mudguards blasted and repainted the bike in a correct colour for the year. However! If you are looking you will notice this bike has been "back-dated" with a half width front brake, earlier tank badges etc. It's a fabulous looking machine either way and one of the best looking Triumphs ever produced in my opinion. I have given it a full service, oil change, HT leads etc. Engine starts well, pulls strongly and everything works as it should. The clutch operating arm in the gearbox will be replaced before sale as it is worn, although operating Ok. Right side exhaust has a hole in.
Selling as I have 3 old triumphs of this era, and I am looking at a property purchase. Only one can come with me.
