November 1957 Mga Roadster originally supplied in Orient Red paintwork, with red leather interior and black roof.
Comes with a BMI heritage trust certificate and HMRC Nova letter.
I bought this as a project some time ago, and the impending loss of my storage and full time job means I am unlikely to finish it quickly enough.
The replacement chassis is a rolling one with lot of new parts already installed, and others boxed up.(receipts available)
The engine is a 1500 cc re built unit ready to go and correct for this year of Mga, together with a 4 spd gearbox.
The car is currently LHD but RHD conversions are simple enough to achieve.
As you can see from the photos the body work needs repair, but I have collected various spare body tubs and panels along the way.
I also have a spare gearbox, differential, two spare doors and a bonnet to go with the car.
There are 2 old chassis with the project that could be repaired and sold on to recover some of the investment together with lots od duplicated parts I have picked up on the way.
No one is denying the workload ahead but this will end up as a terrific car at the end.
