Description
Here is a cheap little Mercedes I believe I have owned for about 5 years.
It has been an excellent car and a tribute to MB engineering.
Sadly i have left the MOT lapse and its now looking for its new owner (who will use it a bit more than me).
Always starts first time, even when its been standing a while.
Still looks nice with a wash and brush-up, the gentleman who had it before me was a retired aircraft engineer.
As she is getting on a bit it is not perfect by any means but would make an excellent rolling restoration.
A few people have asked me about the dreaded MB rust, yes it has a small amount . Wing bottoms have a small bit of surface bubbling also the bonnet front by the grill has a little bit, although the small amount of corrosion is not prominent at all.
It will require a replacement headliner as this summer it got hot and de bonded from the base board.
Cosmetically it has the common issue with paint coming off the trim, easily rectified in a days work. Seats are excellent.
There is a Bluetooth radio installed, speakers are a bit shot.
I think its a lot of car for what I'm asking and in the right hands will make a lovely appreciating classic to enjoy.
