Sunbeam Alpine 1964 Automatic MK 4 model Restored Shell and Painted in Wedgwood blue with restored factory option wire wheels and new tyres.
Completely restored shell and excellent paint job ready to be built to your own specification.
This is a fantastic project with all the hard work completed and a nice winter build for you in your man cave.
Only 12406 MK 4 were made from 1964 to 1965 with few with AUTO BOX Built week ending 24/ 6/ 1964. Complete with V5 and full spares package 3 engines 1600cc one with correct automatic gearbox and one 1600cc with Manual Gearbox (Non Running) and one running 1725cc with 4 speed gearbox and overdrive with twin carbs removed from 1972 sunbeam rapier and was removed running 12 months ago and stored correctly.
Lots of spares to complete and build this car to your own specification great project I have owned this for around 6 years and genuine reson for sale.
This MK4 shell is ideal for any conversion to Tiger as its a MK4 shell used by the Rootes Jenson Factory and in addition is the automatic version with the larger tunnel which is nearly identical to the original Sunbeam Tiger Shell its believed these auto shells were built at the same facility as the Tiger shells before being shipped to Rootes (Alpine) or Jenson (Tiger) for final build.
It comes with the majority of parts to complete and in addition is low mileage. Comes with certificate of authenticity from the owners club.
Hard Top included Painted in Black without Glass.
Vehicle is located close to M1 J18 near Rugby and Northamptonshire and has been garaged correctly with easy loading Bodywork was carried out by prestige coachworks with employees ex Aston martin and towcester coach works and painted in original sunbeam wedge wood blue.
