Description
A rare chance to buy one of the very last MGB's ever made, being number 188 of the special edition last 520 GT's and 1, 000 total cars. In very good condition and restored in recent years.
I show it regularly at classic car events and for weekend driving and occasional commuting when dry. Recently completed a 150 mile charity drive without missing a beat.
Its completely standard with no aftermarket modifications or alterations, which is rare for one of these cars.
Its been fully restored and resprayed in recent years prior to my ownership, and is in very good condition with no known rot or rust. I have had it ceramic coated recently and its always kept in my barn and under a cover.
Its 84, 000 miles is understood to be genuine and its interior condition is certainly consistent with this. Its just had a new clutch release bearing, windscreen rubber and door rubbers.
It drives very well with the 1800cc engine and easily keeps up with modern traffic, so could be used daily/ regularly if required.
Only selling as I wanted something a little larger and a roadster/ convertible so have bought a Triumph Stag.
Thanks for looking. The below boxes should all read "No". Not sure why they are showing yes. The car is not imported, financed, write off etc etc.
