Triumph TR6P. 1970.
Last year of the dry frame models, before they brought in the oil in frame bikes.
This was a Metropolitan Police, Special Escort Group bike in its first life.

Both wheels rebuild by Hagons with flanged aluminium rims.
New Continental Classic Attack tyres ( radials)
New battery, new wiring loom
Indicators added to increase safety in today’s traffic.
Professional paintwork .
New Amal premier carb.
Seat is original 1970, but cover has a small cut in the back (see pictures)
A reliable, first kick starter, and rides very well.
Registered as Historic with DVLA, so VEL is £0 per year, and no requirement for MoT.
I admit that it’s not one for the purists, but it’s a very nice useable classic that turns heads, and receives favourable comments whenever I take her anywhere.
Will have workshop manual, and parts book to accompany the bike. This is the last year before the oil in frame Triumphs, so is the best year of the best looking Triumph 650s imho.
Classic British bike that turns heads with its unique exhaust note, and beautiful looks, with updated front brakes, and minor modifications to make this useable in modern traffic.
