"TAYLOR" is an old school automatic. Will never win any speed records but gets a lot of attention and compliments on her potters around.
Has an MOT until Oct 25 and will be MOT exempt that same month.
Large history file and was owned by the same north London family for 35 of her 39 years. Low mileage of 74k is backed up by service record and previous MOTs
Under my ownership. It has went through a light restoration this past summer. £800 spent on parts/ consumables including a rear exhaust, valve stem seals, CV boot and all engine fluids and filters changed.
Very original, complete with cassette radio and 13 inch wheels/ trims.
Gear change is smooth and it brakes nicely. The car is not concours and is priced to reflect this.
The front exhaust will need welding or replacing (temporary fix for MOT blowing again)
steering tracking is off.
timing belt is overdue a change
rear headlining is sagging
The paint has lacquer peel and fade marks in multiple places (not noticeable when viewed from more than 6 feet away)
Overall car is very original, has an MOT and is close to being tax exempt. Solid entry into retro cool motoring/ everyday useable classic. Will come complete with a 1985 "Simply Red" Cassette Tape.
