For sale beloved Kenny the Rover. Lovely 3. 5L V8 auto. Finished in Zircon blue, resprayed in 2018 so paintwork in good condition - proper job with no overspray. Luxurious new carpets fitted a couple of years ago and protected by rubber mats. I have serviced every year with oil, oil filter, air filter, dizzy cap, rotor arm, carbs cleaned, transmission and power steering fluid level checked. Spark plugs replaced last year, coolant replaced 2 years ago. Other bits replaced over the years - bumpers replaced with new stainless steel items, brake master cylinder, front pads, carb gaskets and floats, inhibitor switch, wiper motor overhauled, power steering pump gaskets replaced. As with all classics there are some jobs you can attend to over time, the seats have what I call patina and what others might want to improve, the solenoid on the starter sometimes clicks without firing the starter motor - but never fails to start, there is some minor corrosion where the rear of the sill meets the wheel arch. Historic car so no need for MOT. There are many spares that we can negotiate a price for as well - original bumpers, towbar, instruments etc. Priced realistically on condition and desire for a quick sale. If you want to test drive please bring proof of insurance. I always wanted a P6 from when I was a kid and after 7 years of ownership I haven't regretted a minute of it. The engine mated with the stainless steel exhaust gives a lovely V8 burble and the car is more than spritely enough to keep up with modern traffic. Now I want to try something new and have decide to sell.
