Nice honest classic 1990 Volvo 244. with a 5 speed manual gearbox and includes the 244 registration number.
Originally sold on 27/ 02/ 1990 by John Morris Motors in Wooton Ulceby to a Mr May of Grimsby and only passed through another 3 owners before she came to me.
I originally bought this rather reluctantly (not a Volvo GUY) earlier this year in exchange for another classic car I was selling, however it is such a joy to drive I decided to keep it for summer ( you will see the significance of this when you meet the rest of my collection) and had great fun taking it to all the local car shows. Now she is up for sale as the original idea was to thin the herd and not just change one car for another.
V5 present and registered in my name at my current address.
Electric front windows, heated front seats, 147k miles which might increase slightly as I am currently using her. MOT till 14 02 25 and currently taxed although this can no longer be transferred.
original hand book and associated booklets in the original Volvo wallet and a large folder full of invoices for money spent over the years going back to 2002 and includes 3, 500 spent on restoration works in 2017/ 18, also many service invoices including one for a cam belt change at 130k miles.
this car is a joy to drive and is in very good condition inside and out, is ready to use, although as with all classic cars there are small areas that could be improved such as the cracked drivers door pocket and the rear of the center console, which has the top missing.
tires are all good, wiper blades are new, original Volvo radio which currently does not work, most of the original labels and stickers are still there too.
This really is a classic car I feel I could jump in and drive anywhere.
