●Very solid and original car
●1 previous owner who purchased it new and kept it until his unfortunate passing, the car was garaged all it's life until I purchased it where it was put in a blow up garage
●Theres lots of history that comes with the car. Including original bill of sale and work shop manuals with hand written notes from the previous owner
● I purchased the car when I was 15 and over the 2 years before I turned 17 my dad and I went through the car making it reliable and ready for me to use as my first car.
●The engine bay was painted in 2020 whilst this was being done the engine had reliability modifications done. ○ A better points ignition system ○ new alternator conversion. ○ new stainless steel radiator including electric additional fan ○ carb rebuild ○ fuel pump rebuild ○ all new heater pipes throughout the car ○ new flexi fuel hoses.
● The car has also been lowered on Spax rebound and preload adjustable shocks. And correct springs. ○ new wheels and tyres ○ front disc brake conversion (really good) ○ new competition race shoes and drums in the back ○new lightweight fly wheel ○ new clutch and preasure plate ○New clutch release bearing
● In 2022 the car had a full bare metal respray on the outside ○new window seals all round ○ new alcantara headliner ○ polished trims ○ nos door handles and lots more was done at the same time
●The original seat with be installed being 6ft 3 my head was touching the roof so went down the bucket seat route. (Seat not included in sale)
● The car has done many happy miles in my possession with very little struggle, she's been very well looked after mechanically with new oil and coolent being swapped at least twice a year.
● The car could be put back to standard if the new owner wanted to go down that route as no permanent changes have been made.
● Although most of the car is very solid there is a few areas that will need some rust repairs.
