Our much loved “Kermit the Komet” VW T25 Hightop, 2. 1L water cooled Petrol engine, 5 speed. Mechanically sound and has never failed to start, 161, 000 miles on the clock however the engine was refurbished 37, 000 miles ago. Only issue we’ve ever had out and about was when the gear stick snapped (has since been replaced with an aftermarket solid one)
MOT till Aug 2025, serviced in Aug 2024, Cam belt changed. The van has also had a full health check by a T25 Specialist, so there is a list of small, precise remedial tasks to complete. Van comes with a vast service history and we have documented everything done since we have owned it.
Original interior, only thing we have changed is carpet for lino in the living area for practicality. Includes 2 ring hob, grill, sink with pedal pump, gas, battery or mains powered fridge, 2x removable tables, rock and roll bed, passenger chair is a Captain’s chair, leisure battery, original Fiammia awning and bike rack attached. Reason for sale: This was a really difficult decision for us, but we’re renovating our home and simply don’t have the time we’d like to go out adventuring in it. It’s a perfect ready to go camper (see below additional items that can be included as part of sale) and we know in another home it could be utalised much more.
