A much regretted sale but realistically, in my lifetime, I am not going to finish this car which I have owned for many years. Allegedly, it is the only known Hiline Zodiac Abbotts of Farnham Estate car built 1957/ 58. This was first supplied to Newmarket Race Course and assume it was a chauffeur vehicle. I have spent an absolute fortune on this car, including having its rear end completely rebuilt by one of the best MK11 fabricators around. It has also had a complete full factory front screen panel fitted, including front roof gutters. It has had new inner and outer sills and jacking points all round. The bulk head inner wings and top mounts are like new. Its original front wings are, again, like new. The engine has been fully reconditioned with all receipts kept for the parts. I have regularly hand turned the engine, to keep it lubricated. All doors are in nice condition and have fitted glass, etc. This is a very rare factory bed conversion fitted car. The car comes with lots of parts in boxes, including a full correct colour hide to retrim the seats but will require extra leather to make the seats two tone. It has a new head lining kit. The car still requires plenty of work but not to be confused with the run of the mill Abbotts estate cars. This is the chance of a lifetime to own possibly the only known example. Attached is also a photograph of my car in 1984 at a Ford MK11 Club Day. I bought this car because of its rarity and I have always wanted one. As previously said, it is, as far as I know, the only known example of this make and year of this car. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own it.
