Description
This is a lovely example which i brought back from South Africa. It was a one owner vehicle and was purchased from a deceased estate. It is in really nice order, with no rot, as expected from inland South Africa. It has had new oil, plugs, points, condensor etc, and runs pretty sweet as can be seen in video. It could do with setting up properly though. Nice period handbook with it, original jack etc. The only bits i can see wanting attention are the left side of the bonnet (apparently this was a common fault, as only one stay which flexed the bonnet), and I have been told a repair under battery needed. I would say it has had paintwork, but a long time ago.
I am not a Beetle expert, so may not be able to answer technical questions, best thing is to come and view the car.
It will of course need checking over for perishable items and a tune up, but still runs nice.
It is drivable, but would recommend trailering over any distance as I have not fully examined all the car. It is sold as seen, no warranty or otherwise given.
