2003 Ford Ka

Finished in 'Moondust Silver' with a grey tweed-cloth interior, this 2003 Ford KA was first delivered by Gordons of Wigan to its only registered keeper, Mrs Golden, on 30th June 2003. It has only covered 16, 000 miles in that time and has genuinely been garaged every night of its life!

The condition of this car is nothing short of exceptional. The paintwork is totally unmarked and no rust is showing through on any of the panels. Underneath the wheel arches are still shiny and even the bolt heads and rivets have no real surface corrosion. Almost all Ford badges of this ages are more of a silver faded oval than the bright blue of these badges! It's difficult not to get slightly too excited about the condition of this little KA. Lavishly equipped by 1950s standards, it has power steering, an 'AM/ FM Radio' and a heated rear window. Nothing you don't need, nothing to go wrong and better for it. Driving the car a short distance for servicing and MOT, it is a surprise delight. So light and darty on the road, it's easy to see why they made a rally version. Naturally the car needed nothing other than a service, a pair of wiper blades and it flew through its test with no advisories.

Surely a Modern Classic in the making and a contender for future Ford Concours competitions, this 1 keeper example must be the best example left?
