500cc, 5 speed gearbox.
Import, first registered in the UK 17 July 1979.
Bought as a project by previous owner (who sadly passed away before he could complete the work he intended) and dry stored since 1990 in a garage/ workshop. The bike had a few outings between then and now to the MOT test station.
Very good condition , with some damage to front wheel rim (see pictures).
Good starter (on the button) and nice smooth ride as expected from this classic.
Recent service and carb clean. A small amount of history came with the bike plus a few MOT certificates.
Owned for the last 4 years but due to injury I do not get to ride it as much as I would like.
Offers in the region of £5000. Very few R50/ 5's remain in such good condition, that is because the bike has been stored in ideal conditions for the last 35 years and will need the minimum to put it back on the road and into regular use.
