Welcome to my advent for this BMW 330Ci. E46 engine.
This is the convertible model, with matching hard top (currently on as per the pictures)
I am the fourth owner. The first owner was the BMW dealership itself. The third owner, who I purchased it from, owned the car for just under 20 years up until early 2024 when I bought it. He is a BMW enthusiast and the car has been maintained mechanically and aesthetically to a meticulous level of detail.
FULL service history, using only BMW specialist or main dealer throughout its life.
Excellent body condition for an almost 25 year old car. The odd inevitable age related surface marks here and there but no rust, no dents, no scratches to note. I have washed and waxed it regularly under my ownership.
Reams of paperwork, invoices and receipts. Previous owner kept it garaged most of his ownership and the car averaged around 2, 000 to 3, 000 miles a year doing supermarket trips and school runs.
Soft top is pristine and mechanically sound. It comes with the original wind deflector, hard top cover, and items like the tool sets, original first aid kit and mats are still in place and in excellent condition. The first aid kit has not even been opened!
Only points to make are that the driver's seat has a little wear on it to the right hand side.
And one of the rear hard top locks has broken, but I have already ordered the replacement part from Germany which should arrive next week, which I can pass on to the new owner or get fitted myself for them.
Cruise control, air con, 6 CD changer, two new rear tyres. Two keys, both working fine.
All electrics work perfectly. No warning lights, its driven without missing a beat for me under my ownership.
MOT expires 7th Feb.
Next service is due in 7300 miles.
Genuine reason for sale - I truly love this car but need to raise funds for a work van after a change in occupation. And I don't have a garage spare to store it, and this beauty really should be garaged to maintain it's condition.
I am not mechanically minded but am happy to scan in and send copies of the invoices for work done to answer any mechanical questions to interested parties. Test drives welcome, and happy to get the hard top off and show the soft top with some assistance. This is a head turner. The blue is beautiful and stands against the crowd. I see the odd one in silver or black, but have not come across any in this blue. The wheels are also a great visual compliment to the car. And the vast quantity of paperwork history makes this a very cool modern classic. It also has some real grunt behind it and the engine does roar nicely.
