The car however has a current V5 ( in my name) and a MOT for your peace of mind which expires in Feb 2025 . Recent new brakes saw her pass with no further issues. The bodywork and chassis are solid and formidable! The paintwork is shabby and characterful after years of Simonize polishing !The interior is lovely and requires further nourishment whenever you feel inclined . The radio is false ( not complete just the facia) but genuine and period . The original mats are present at the front . indicators are fitted for safety although the semaphores are still in the door pillars . The horn works of course - Mot thing!
The engine is a sweet as a nut and a recent carb overhaul means she ticks over like a Swiss watch . I have fitted an electric cooling fan for those sticky hot overheating queues outside car shows ! It even comes with its starting handle !If you love originality at a price that’s not silly then you can, t really go wrong . If you describe this car as wanting future and ongoing improvement you wouldn, t be wrong however totally useable as is .
Comes with many spares as well which can be hard to find and expensive .
I have fitted one wheel embellisher to show you how a wheel would look and three others are available.
Take a look at the pictures and a video can be provided on request . They are a pretty good reflection of its condition but as ever actual viewing is recommended .
