Description
Ford Racing Puma 330
Restored in 2016 by Chris Alinson to a good usable standard with engine out inspection, full service and parts replaced. Alcon Brakes refurbished and working very well. Full mild steel exhaust fitted which sounds subtle and looks great. New PZero Nero GT tryes were fitted at the time approximately 3 thousand miles ago. The cost of the refurb was around £5k which has been documented in the paperwork.
Body work was reasonable except for sills which were then welded and repaired. Car has been garaged since 2015 and is in good order with very slight surface corrosion on arches (on close inspection) which will be common to most cars by this stage.
The car has had regular oil changes and has been driven regularly.
This month the oil was changed and the alternator replaced which will give the new owner peace of mind. Original floor mats will be included with the car. Seats in really good condition with minor bobbling on alcantara front seats. Bolsters good and solid with no holes.
Only issues are a rattly door card, temperamental central locking, (this might be keys), and a broken Sparco Torino (?) seat handle. The front splitter is a little uneven. There is corrosion around the fuel filler which I believe is common. There are numerous stone chips and imperfections in the paint. Lights are unrestored and a bit faded. MOTs have been fairly straight forward with the exception of an emissions problem a couple of years ago and a small hole in the underside the size of a 5p piece which was repaired and wax oiled. Car comes with lots of history and has not been involved in an accident. It's just the most fun car and you are unlikely to lose money on it.
