Downsizing means we need to sell our Maestro. We've owned it since 2016. It has four former keepers.
Clean MOT expires August 2025. No advisories.
We maintained it regardless of mileage. Recent work includes:
-new n/ s front wheel bearing
-NOS front struts
-head refurbished (skimmed, new guides and valves lapped)
-new coil
-new electronic distributor and
-£800 in paint to rectify some past work (before us).
-two new tyres
-new battery September 2024
Many spare parts and the original gearbox included.
Lanoguard treated underneath. No welding. See photos. If you want an affordable entry into the classic car scene, the Maestro is easy to work on and parts are still available.
Our car featured in a Channel 4 short film and an episode of Murder by the Sea filmed in Penarth.
We are parting with it because we need to downsize. It would be good to see it back in more regular use.
