This example has been in the care of its current owner since 2020 and has experienced the same 'no expense spared' treatment shown by the five previous owners. In fact, this car has been cared for by renowned Clio V6 expert S. G. Motorsport since 2007. This car displays in outstanding condition.
Accompanying the vast service history are two keys, the original book packs and wallet, and even the original Renault-supplied emergency tyre foam.
While the standard V6 255 has a raft of improvements over the earlier model, this example has been subject to choice enhancements continuing further on Renault's great work.
It now sits on KW Version 3 coilover suspension with S. G. Motorsport custom front suspension springs giving a firmer but very compliant ride improvement. The intake system has been replaced by an enclosed BMC CDA, and now features Janspeed exhaust manifolds and cats, with a custom cat-back system to finish.
A Quaife limited slip differential was then fitted along with a lightened flywheel - weighing only 5kg this has changed the V6 to a much freer-revving engine.
In 2022, the current vendor - wanting the Clio to present in its best condition - had the front repainted and PPF (paint protection film), all under the watchful eye of S. G. Motorsport.
The front strut brace doubles as a handy ceiling limit for frunk storage too - Clio bonnets are so thin it can be easy to overfill the frunk and bend the bonnet from underneath.
Changes continued on the inside, with the fitment of the gorgeous Recaro seats and a Lexan bulkhead cover. The steering wheel has been refurbished by specialist refurbishment company Royal Steering Wheels - please see the full specification list below.
Maintained to the highest of standards, upgraded with select enhancements, and cared for by the highest renowned V6 expert in the UK this example is ideal for those wishing to invest in an appreciating modern classic that can be thoroughly enjoyed.
All modifications are reversable and the vehicle can be reverted to factory specifications if desired.
