Description
This highly desirable Suzuki Café Racer has been customized by professional bike mechanics to the highest standard.
The 750cc four-in-line engine is completely original, running well and sounding very impressive, with transmission through the smooth 5-speed box.
The frame has been modified and the rear sub-frame cut down to fit in and match the shape of a slim, custom made, hand-stitched seat.
A new exhaust system has been fitted, including a custom-made manifold by Nick Gale Customs that has been grafted on. The rims and hubs have been powder-coated and thicker stainless spokes fitted.
The frame has been repainted and the engine cases polished to a semi-gloss metallic finish, with the added detail of the wiring loom having been changed, the bike now benefits from LED indicators and modern ignition.
Dry stored and covered 149 miles since completion in 2013"It is widely accepted that the Suzuki GS750 was the first superbike from Japan to "get it right'. Many similar marques had either the power or the handling - but not both. Suzuki had finally created a bike that was both reliable and powerful but with a graceful handling ability not seen in other 1970's motorcycles. A much-needed versatile bike had been born which would one day grow to become highly sought-after the world over."
