Ford escort rs2000 probably the most iconic saloon ever built famous all over the world for its rally performance, bought in need of full refurbishment. New floor, sills in and out, and all rust cut out, the metal work was done by well known fabricator, just about every component on the car has been replaced or refurbished. Brakes, suspension, exhaust, the work has been completed for about 2 years, the car hasn’t been driven much only on dry days, never been to a show. Bought in the Covid era for idle hands, I don’t know any history of this car only where it was bought from, now inspected and registered with DVLA. ((Dutch log book was with the car when bought, it was registered with Dutch RSowners club) I have copy of the original docs. Built by an enthusiastic ford guy with a memory for the good old days of four speed boxes and fast fords, probably not show room condition as it’s two years since near completion, Paint work is not 100% in places but no rust kept under wraps all the time in a garage and never seen a damp day.
