Registered on 26 February 2004 in Turin to a large joint-stock company, it belonged to the first owner for fourteen years. From June to September 2018 it was traded in rapid succession between four Turin dealerships and in October it was purchased by the second actual owner. This Alfa Romeo enthusiast and punctilious collector decided to subject it immediately to a total overhaul despite the car being in good original condition.
The work carried out is documented by photographs and a list of the work, which can be summarised as follows: - Complete disassembly and overhaul of the mechanics, braking system with Brembo ventilated discs, callipers and pads, clutch assembly, overhaul of the transmission, front and rear axles, distribution kit, complete service, filters, oils and hoses, shock absorbers for a total cost of 5800 euro.
- Complete disassembly of bodywork and repainting: euro 6, 000 - Upholstery of front seats and steering wheel with original leather: euro 2, 700 - Replacement of original muffler with stainless steel muffler: euro 2. 000 - Replacement of exhaust manifolds with special stainless steel ones euro: 1, 800 Plus other miscellaneous refinement work including new tyres, which raised the total cost of the car to over 40, 000 euro. At the end of the work in April 2019 the car had 163, 880 original km.
Unfortunately, with the subsequent advent of Covid the owner has not had the opportunity to use the car since, which to date has only covered 500km and is in splendid condition, regularly serviced until January 2026, new battery replaced in February 2024. On completion of the work in 2019 it was certified by the Alfa Romeo Register. It is complete with the original case with all the owner's manuals, service, warranty and navigator discs.
The number plate and booklet are the originals of first registration. Only the names of the two actual owners are given in the booklet, while the names of the dealerships through which the car passed in 2018 can also be found in the chronological extract.
