Unfortunately, I am selling my 1966 1300 VW Beetle. It has been professionally restored and had a full, body off, nuts and bolts restoration. No expense spared. Completed early 2024.
To name a few things, it has new heater channels, floor pans, running boards, wings, and new brake pipes, cylinders, drums and brake shoes. New starter motor fitted, alternator, new clutch and clutch cables fitted. Also includes new shock absorbers.
It has a 1300cc gearbox. It's been converted from 6 volts to 12 volts.
Alarm system fitted with immobiliser.
New wheels and tyres fitted. The headlights have been upgraded. New headlining, carpets and upholstery.
The interior is 2 tone ivory and beige with diamond stitching with matching door trims.
It's been fully resprayed inside and out. The tinware has been sandblasted and powder coated.
Everything has been done, and all to a high standard.
The car has 2 keys and some service history. There were 6 previous owners before me. Any inspections are welcome. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately selling due to ill health. I bought this car because I've always wanted this model. This particular model was built for one year only. I've always been a lover of classic VW beetles and have had many through the years. I currently also have a 1303s. The colour of the car is sea blue and was only used for that year. I love the look of this car and it's a beauty to drive. It's a real head turner.
