Over the next two years it underwent a complete restoration in the well-known Jaguar specialist workshop of Adriano Nicodemi in Padua. In 1991 it was registered in Adriano Nicodemi's name with number plate PDA51468, which is still on the car today.
After a few months it was bought by Cristiano Luzzago who kept it as a car in his private collection for about ten years, covering about 6, 000 miles. During his ownership Cristiano had an air conditioning system built specifically for this car. In 2001 a customer who fell in love with the car insisted on having it to the point of forcing Cristiano to sell the car. In 2024 after 23 years the owner decided to sell the car back to Cristiano.
Since the total restoration the car has only covered 18, 000 miles but given the time that has elapsed Cristiano decided to undergo a conservative reconditioning to bring it back to its original state.
