Hi here we have what was technically a drive find
It belonged to my elderly neighbour she had had the car several years . She sadly passed away then the car was left sitting on her drive for 4 years.
The mini was previously owned by my mates sister so I have known this mini for many years
So the first thing we did was push the car home and before try to start it drained the fuel tank and blew out the fuel lines changed the fuel filter ( in tank) then refilled with Shell fuel .
She fired up on second crank
The car has had
Fuel filter
Pollen filter
Air filter
Oil and filter
Run and drives lovely
The central locking had a fault this has been repaired
Air bag light was on new module fitted
There is evidence the car has had paint work but overall it a clean tidy car I have done 250 miles in it with no problems and still using it
The car does have air conditioning however does not work
I found the leak and replaced the condenser radiator but not re- gassed it
The wheels have been fully refurbished not just the face but the whole wheel and two new Toyo Proxes on the front. Rears being Dunlops with 6mm of tread.
The tracking has also been done
Everything works
Electric windows
Electric mirrors
Radio cd player the car is fitted with multi disc in boot
The seats are in good clean condition a few marks but it’s a older car
The underside has been treated with dinatrol anti rust
The car has a mot May 2025
The rear windows have factory privacy glass
The is a spare wheel
Also a full size spare alloy (not refurbished)
New wipers all round.
It comes with the genuine mini cushion - a must have item!
Overall she’s a cracking little motor
She has covered 124000 miles and been serviced regularly however
No paperwork to prove this I just know it has
Is it the best mini around no, is it a genuine mini that’s not had a hard life, yes
Why am I selling ?It’s just been a project I love driving it but
I have other stuff to drive. My garage is full
