Description
5 Previous owners, i have owned the MGB for past 9 years, purchased from SWVA classic car auctions in Dorset. MOT up until 2018. Always dry stored in a garage. MGB had an oil leak when driving, back in August 2021, so is a non-runner & the purchaser will need to use a Trailer on collection.
Sadly not had the time to repair and get running once again, and now have to give up the garage space, so sadly the MGB has to go. Would make the perfect winter project for someone to restore for the summer.
The MGB is Tax, Ulez and MOT exempt, though will need work to be MOT compliant, particularly with the engine and large oil leak that it experienced. This car would be great for an MG enthusiast who is looking for a project that isn’t too onerous. The MGB is rust free and has Overdrive too.
The MG is located outside Bridgwater, Somerset, off the M5, and is priced at £2795, but open to sensible offers. The MGB is in a lovely teal blue colour, with brown interior, has done 87K miles, and is the original chrome bumper MGB as they should be. Lovely to drive and always gets attention when at petrol stations or parked up in car parks, or the occasional classic car meet.
Has a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate stating MGB authenticity, issued in June 2014.
