Description

Pilgrim Sumo, built 1999.
Running a ford V6, skimmed and bored out following engine overhaul so probably nearer 2. 9L now. High lift Cam, Webber carb, Engine set up, tuned and producing around 190bhp. Although its not the usual V8 in these cars, it runs and handles very well, especially with a slightly lighter engine in the front.
MOT April 2025
Mechanical fuel pump changed for an electronic system so no fuel starvation at any point.
New seats and harness
New Halibrand wheels and tyres all round.
Good fun and well maintained, selling due to another project coming along.
Only thing to note is that with the high lift cam in place it doesn't idle very well when cold, once it starts to warm up then its fine. Never really caused me any problems.
Open to sensible offers. Car has always been garaged whilst in my care and has been good fun to use.
