W123 e-class, 200D, fully loaded with extras, all original and very low mileage. The car is finished in beautiful silver colour with black suede interior. It is in excellent condition and is in my opinion the best looking colour combination. The only non original item in the car is a retro looking stereo with USB and bluetooth.
It has all the options usually found on these cars, it has power steering, central locking, power windows all round, electric sunroof, air conditioning and rear headrests. It is still wearing all its original chrome and interior, and engine and all its other ancillaries are still original and in perfect condition. The car feels tight and there's absolutely no rattles or noises while driving, and it drives like a tank. The OM615 is a lazy engine, but this one is by far the best one I've driven.
This car was lightly hit and repaired when nearly new and left standing for a very long time until I bought it in 2007 and had it restored a few years ago. The accident damage was just superficial and it only was on a front wing and rear quarter, which were both replaced at the time. When it was repainted recently it was still mostly on factory paint.
The car can be enjoyed as it is, as it drives beautifully and starts first time, every time, even after months of not using it. However it is a 44 year old car so to make it perfect it needs a new air conditioning condenser because it is leaking and there's some issue with the central locking. There's also one of the rubber bushes in the sliders of the sunroof that is perished and needs to be replaced to make the sunroof sit perfectly.
The car is a joy to drive if you love a lazy benz, and for sure it's an investment, these cars are always going up in value.
