For sale is my completely unmodified 1996 Volkswagen Golf 2. 8 VR6. It is a one previous owner car with a genuine 59, 713 miles on the clock. MOT till September 2025. Everything in the car works as it should, electric windows, electric sunroof, central locking etc.
The car is completely standard so all the original features, original Sony radio, floor mats, dealership plates etc. Part service history.
@59, 690 miles engine oil and filter was changed, along with air filter and cabin filter. All genuine VW parts used.
Also at the same mileage a brand new Valeo alternator was fitted along with a new auxiliary belt, all paperwork to prove present.
Personally, I think for the age of the car it is in very good condition, no it’s not a concourse show winner but with minimal effort it might not be far off that. The arches are absolutely solid, slight rust spot on the bottom of the passenger wing where the mud flap has trapped water over the years but that is the only rust spot on the body work of the car.
Included in the sale also is the spare wheel and accessories (taken out to picture the spare wheel well), also i have the foam battery cover.
