For sale due only to my ill health is my Bramwith, or 1931 Model A Ford limousine replica.
The only way I could get a car built to a high spec. for my business was to build it myself.
I completed the construction in 2009, since then it’s been a popular wedding car with brides and photographers.
Paintwork is midnight blue and ivory, the interior is cream leather and walnut.
The suspension has been modified to give an improved ride height, tyres are whitewall cross ply 16"x 6"
Gearbox is Ford 4 speed to give the correct ratio with the large wheels and tyres.
Engine is a reconditioned 2. 1 Ford Pinto with the later unleaded cylinder head, an electric fuel pump and a twin choke carburettor is also fitted.
This is not a Landaulette car, instead I have fitted a huge 4ftx4ft sunroof, which allows 6 passengers to stand in the car. Great for all year round weddings, and can easily be opened and closed by one person.
Included in the price is the period personalised registration plate, OPY 350 which helps make the car appear vintage.
You will not find a Bramwith built to a higher standard. Also available are flowers, ribbons and period uniforms, ideal for someone starting a new business.
Everyone loves the sun roof, it makes the car unique, and lets natural sun light into the car for some great photos. and is 100% water tight for rainy days.
