"60 Seconds". Our 1967 Ford Mustang is a true replica of the movie, Eleanor. The film car was a visually modernized version of the 1967
Shelby Mustang GT500.
The process of building a car replica began by dismantling a stock 1967 Ford Mustang down to the last screw and subjecting the entire body to a electrophoresis process (cleaning the body of all old layers of paint and anti-corrosion protection).
Then, bodywork was carried out. All corroded panels and body elements were replaced with new ones and carefully fitted. It was necessary to purchase the Eleanor styling package (body kit) (it is the best package available on the market)
The next step was to paint the body with a varnish exactly like that of the Hollywood heroine.
One of the most important technological elements in the process of renovating a historic vehicle is clear colour. The SPECTRAL mixing systems we used make it possible to create a decorative coating corresponding to the era, brand and model of the project being built.
We found the colour for Eleanor in the SPECTRAL database, which contains nearly 50, 000 recipes. The car has a Certificate confirming that it was restored using NOVOL for Classic Car technology and painted in the Classic Colours powered by SPECTRAL system.
The challenge in building these types of replicas is collecting unique parts that the film studio used to modify the car. These include, among others, interior finishing details, steering wheel and gear knob, as well as the grill, lamps, wheels, fuel filler and a double stainless steel exhaust system ending in the sills just in front of the rear wheels.
All these seemingly details make the car change its character.
In the construction of our car, we used almost all new parts, starting from the windows, decorative strips, suspension, brake system (the front ones were replaced with disc ones, the stock Mustang had drums), engine accessories (such as a four-barrel Edelbrock carburettor, starter, alternator),
Fuel system and ending with the interior equipment and all mechanisms. There are a few original "old" parts left, which have undergone meticulous renovation, which included sandblasting, galvanizing, powder coating and polishing.
For example, car clocks have undergone such treatment, but even their glass and frames have been replaced with new ones.
The engine is a refurbished Ford 351 Cleveland (5. 8 litters) with a power exceeding 300 horsepower. It provides excellent performance and an unforgettable driving experience.
The gearbox is an automatic, which makes driving a bit more relaxed than with a manual gearbox, which makes it difficult to control the madness.
We have equipped the car with a modern, powerful audio system with an amplifier, 6 speakers and a radio styled after the original one from the 1960s, but at the same time with modern functionality, such as wireless communication with the phone.
The car is additionally soundproofed, and
we mean damping mats inside the cabin under the upholstery and carpets, which means that you can enjoy the roar of the powerful V8 inside without unnecessary noises echoing on the raw sheet metal.

The new electrical installation of the car was made to today's technological standards and secured with appropriate fuses, which were missing in the original.
