For sale is an increasingly rare pre facelift Vectra C GSI manual in black.
This car comes with extensive service history from new, with dealership stamps from new up until 2016.
From 2016 a separate folder stacked full of self service invoices, demonstrates the care and attention to detail that has gone into this cars maintenance history. This is a true diamond in the rough example from this pre-face GSI era. I have owned her for just over a year, and have enjoyed every minute. Having minimal modifications, it's an ideal car for any enthusiast, and as it enters into it's 20th year, it's approaching the official classic car milestone in another 5 years. This can be appreciated as the last of the vectra GSI era before the VXR brand take over.
Current mileage at 156k, which will only go slightly higher as I cover just 5 miles daily, going to and from work Monday to Friday.
With light modification changes being an irmscher grille, and a MIJ resonated exhaust system, giving slightly more V6 grunt, without being overly intrusive. The engine remains unmolested.
The bodywork condition is very good overall. There are only a few areas that need attention. The front bumper has the usual motorway stone chips so could do with a respray.
The rear diffuser has some paint that needs a touch up on the underside rear corner below the wheel arch. For all original paint the car has faired incredibly well and gives off a great metallic shine.
The interior has been well preserved. The upholstery remains original and in very good condition. Minimal signs of wear both front and rear, as seen from the photos.
All interior switchgear, including electric windows front and rear is all perfect. The heating and cooling is perfect, and the information system is all working as it should. The instrument clusters are fully functioning. Cruise control works like a dream.
It has been lowered by 30mm on eibach springs, improving the overall handling and ride quality.
The alloys are 18" Astra Twintops, fully restored under the previous owner and more recently smart repaired during my ownership.
The headlights were renewed in recent years with new hella units, crystal clear without any oxidation. They include a Xenon HID install, much better than the original halogens. This is a canbus error free system specific to Vauxhalls.
The sound system comprises of upgraded woofers and tweeters by hertz audio company, much better than the standard oem speakers, along with its original head unit.
The car comes with two factory keys, along with all owners manuals and service books, including original leather wallet and the separate invoice folder as pictured.

Timing belt kit + water pump at 164k miles.
Full service including new spark plugs.
Air con regas.
Throttle body clean and recalibrated.
MOT carried out with zero advisories.
