Owned since 2005 having purchased it from it’s only ever owner before me! The car has approximately 70k on the clock based on information received from the previous owner, who had new dials installed.
Only used on good weather days and never taken out in wet weather. Garaged all its life (heated since 2005) and mostly in its original condition with the exception of a full re-spray around 1998.
Just had it MOT’d and full MOT history along with receipts since I acquired the vehicle, but previous history unfortunately lost in a house move by the previous owner at the time of selling the vehicle.
As part of the MOT, I have had a new water pump fitted along with several other bits and pieces and had it serviced all totalling over £1200!
The bodywork is in very good condition, along with the paintwork (opalescent dark metallic green) although has a few minor marks/ blemishes on it. The chrome is original and in VGC. I had the carburettors fully restored several years ago and have added rear seat belts for the kids. I have also replaced the exhaust with a new full stainless steel system.
The automatic gear box was replaced with a new one in 2006.
The interior is in good original condition and even the radio still works. The leather is sound although has natural wear and cracking, as you’d expect, but no holes or tears. The wood is also in VGC with only the front shelf showing minor signs of UV damage. I have the original log book with original owner named only.
Asking price £16k but sensible offers will be considered
