1988 T3 westfalia multivan
TDI turbo diesel conversion prior to my ownership, AHF engine out of a golf with 68000 miles.
Originally lived in California and was imported around 2010, chassis is excellent.

MOT until 2nd December 2024
Resprayed early 2021, new window rubbers, bumpers and grills at the same time.
Interior all original and in great condition
Clocks replaced two years ago as odometer wasn't working
Recently had engine rebuild, new clutch, dual mass flywheel, starter motor, turbo, solenoid, gearbox output shaft and bearings. While the engine was out the engine bay was repainted.
Guaranteed insurance value of 20k with classicline insurance‘Randy’ as she’s called has been our day van. Much loved by all our family and will be sorely missed, The wife is upgrading to t6 and we just not going to be able to use the two.
Randy was imported around 2010 and has had a TD engine fitted from a 2003 Golf which had 68000 miles on so I’m told. I’ve always had the engine serviced and it has never let us down. Serviced September 2023, all new pipes fitted to turbo.
In 2021 I had her resprayed windows out with all rubbers replaced, new bumpers and plastic trims. Wheels refurbished at the same time.
Last winter I replaced the battery and on last years service (November) replaced the cambelt and seals, probably done 500 miles since.
Rear boot sponge/ bed has been recovered in the westfalia fabric to match the interior and sourced from Germany.
We’ve only spent one night away in her, mainly used as day van.
Comes with full waterproof cover, original window covers/ curtains and thermal front screen cover, original bunk/ hammock
Only selling as we've bought a t6 and wont be used, sorry to see this one go plenty of memories have been made, time to move on to let someone else use and enjoy
