1976 Renault 16 Automatic, 36000 miles only. Very good condition. Originally owned by a bank manager in Lancashire and stored for about 40 years by his widow with 23, 000 miles on the clock. The owner before me carried out extensive work including a partial respray to return the car to the road about five years ago. Bodywork excellent and waxoyled last year. Mechanically very good, head gasket done last year by French classic specialist. The interior is very smart apart from one small tear in the drivers seat. Belts front and rear. Minor issues - there is a dent in the rear bumper and some of the after-market side trims are coming loose (personally I would just take these all off). The R16 is not fast but is very stylish, reliable and the most comfortable car that I have ever owned. Perfect car for touring in France.
