A 1995/ 96 facelift model SL600 with just over 65, 000 miles finished in Imperial Red with Tan interior. Mercedes-Benz’s flagship roadster, the SL600 squeezed a smooth 6. 0-litre V12 under the R129’s bonnet adding even more power and prestige. The SL600 was, and remains, a real stealth sleeper, which is a huge part of its appeal. They were crushingly expensive when new, being a six-figure car nearly a quarter of a century ago, which means they were rare cars. That, allied to the smooth, powerful V12 (with 394hp and 570Nm of torque), makes these SL600 very cool cars, and increasingly appreciated as collectable modern classics.
